I have been a Ford Diesel Technician for 20+ yrs at the local Ford Dealerships. I have trained and received certifications on all Ford motors, electronics, and so forth; from 6.9 IDI to 6.7 Ford. We at ICDI Diesel Repair are honest and knowledgeable and willing to answer your questions as well as repair your vehicle. - Performed complete vehicle inspection, Test drive and monitor engine oil temp and coolant temp to check condition of oil cooler and test cooling system pressure to check for cylinder head gasket failure
2016 RAM 3500 HD
- Verified concern, retrieved dtc p2bac, nox exceed-deactivated egr system. This code is for information only indicating another issue with the emission system. No other dtcs were present , test drove approx 25miles and the service air filter light came on. Removed air filter found completely plugged. Installed new filter and cleaned air filter housing, test drive verified no other issues. Cleaned original air filter K and N and serviced, filter is ready to install at a later date and will put in back seat of customers truck.

- Check Engine light – DTC P0128 Thermostat Rationality -recommending replacing GLow Plug Light – DTC P0676 recommending Glow Plug Module Rear end making Noise – will need Pinion Bearings and Diff side Bearings. Due to noise and metal shavings in fluid. Fluid clean

- Verified concern, dtc p200e,p24562, Exhaust over temp and dpf pressure sensor circuit fault. Egt sensor reading 1.753k when concern happened possible faulty sensor egt #3 P0671 glowplug cyl 1 open circuit, will need to test circuit and glow plug for area of concern.

2006 Ford Pickup
- Verified concern, retrieved dtc p0671,p0673,p0674. Perform pinpoint test for glow plug circuit faults. Verified cylinder 1,3 and 4 glow plugs open and will need to be replaced.All other glow plugs ohm in spec 1.0 and less, due to multiple faults recommend to replace all 8 glow plugs. Glow plug wire harness o rings are stuck in cylinder head and both side harnesses will need to be replaced when replacing the glow plugs.

- Oil pressure is good – recommend Oil sending unit and retest- retested working as it should. Sockets for brake light – replaced bulbs and added diaelectric grease for better contact and anti fuse metal. Check transmission light flashing – Tech could not duplicate complaint. Checked all wiring all looked ok at this time
