• Engine compartment covered in exhaust soot. Check engine light is on , retrieved dtcs p0192,p0472,p246c,p2463,p0703,p2452,p242f.Soot accumulation due to the particulate filter is completely plugged and will need to be replaced, both exhaust up pipes blown/broken due to plugged dpf and will need to be replaced, drivers side exhaust manifold warped/broken hardware and will need to be replaced. Truck was operated incorrectly not allowing to go through the regeneration process and causing damge to the dpf and all effected parts.OIL VERY DILUTED AND OVERFULL FROM FREQUENT REGENERATION, WILL NEED TO BE CHANGED.RR fender damaged from theft and will need to be repaired.
• EGR OXIDATION CATALYTIC CONVERTER (OC) Remove & Replace
• PARTICULATE FILTER ASSEMBLY Remove & Replace
• EXHAUST MANIFOLD Remove & Replace
• LUBRICATE CHASSIS WHERE APPLICABLE. INSPECT AIR AND CABIN FILTER TOP OFF ALL FLUID LEVELS AND APPLY REMINDER STICKER15QTS OF 15W40 OIL WITH PREMIUM OIL FILTER

• Found tuner installed in truck turning off all codes and emission components. Removed tuner and all codes came on, found exhaust sensor #1 reading at 1400 degrees. Found corroded wire from wining harness to PCM. over laid wire to repair harness able to read the sensor. Found sensor still reading incorrect changed out sensor drove truck was able to go through regin and all is working as it should. Both Axle joints need replacing ASAP -REPAIRED NEED TO REPAIR Driver side has coolant hose into the front cover O-ring leaking coolant. Front crank seal & Gear Rotor Cover – oil leak.
• EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty,F350 Super Duty,Diesel Front
• Wiring repair for corroded wire for Exhaust sensor
• AC SERVICE
• AXLE SHAFT UNIVERSAL JOINT – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty,F350 Super Duty On Axle,Inner & Outer,Both,w/Single Rear Wheels
